What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To start the process of being authorized for a return, contact the support team (support@zoreli.co). You must be authorized within the given timeframe to be eligible for a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada and the USA, however international shipping is coming very soon!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies between location and product. We try our best to keep our entire catalog's shipping times consistent, between 4-8 business days. The exact range you can expect your order to arrive is available at checkout and you can also go to the "Track Your Order" tab, for a more precise timeline.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD, and frequently launch free shipping events for orders of any amount.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. In the "Track Your Order" tab, you will be given the instructions to do so.
How do I find the correct size?
Each product in our catalog provides an accurate sizing guide when viewing it. Additionally, if a product does not have specific sizing and only lists S,M,L etc. then a sizing chart can be found in the product description.
