Please note that delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and actual delivery times can vary based on your location, the specific product ordered, and factors outside of our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays).
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5-12 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. Some products may have different estimated delivery windows based on where they ship from — specific ranges are noted below where available.
- Waterproof Dog Car Seat Cover: United States 5-8 business days, Canada 5-10 business days
- All other products: Estimated at 5-12 business days, varying by destination
Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.
International Orders
For international orders, delivery times may be longer due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
